Long-term tenants
We find and reference tenants, prepare the tenancy, collect rent, protect the deposit, arrange safety certificates and coordinate repairs.
Clear from the start
17% of booking revenue
A further 6% on bookings made direct with us. Includes listing, pricing, guest care, cleaning coordination and monthly statements.
15% of monthly rent
Plus a £450 finder's fee for each new tenancy we source. Includes rent collection, deposit protection, safety certificates and repairs coordination.

Landlord questions
Do you manage serviced accommodation and long lets?
Yes. We manage properties as serviced accommodation, or let them to tenants on a traditional long-term basis.
Is there a lock-in?
No minimum lock-in period. Either side can end the agreement on one calendar month's written notice.
How and when do I get paid?
Income is collected into a client account held separately from our own funds, and paid to you at least monthly with a clear statement.
