Details you give us in an enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests, company name where relevant, property address for landlords, and your message. Technical information such as your IP address is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book or become a client, to provide the service (contract). To keep the website secure and working, and to meet legal and accounting obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligation). We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as our website host (Netlify) and our booking and guest-management systems. They act on our instructions. We share information with authorities only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Booking, tax and accounting records are kept for the periods the law requires.
