About this website

This website describes our serviced apartments and houses in Milton Keynes and lets you contact us. We take care to keep it accurate, but photographs, descriptions and availability are for guidance and may change. Where a price or availability is shown at the point of booking, that is the information that applies to your booking.

Bookings

Prices, availability, payment, cancellation and any taxes are shown to you before you confirm a booking, and the booking terms you agree to at that stage apply to your stay. If anything is unclear, contact us before you book.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we use your details only to reply to you, as set out in our Privacy notice.

Landlord fees

Elegant Lettings fees are published on our Landlords page and are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Your management agreement sets out the terms that apply.

Intellectual property

The text, design and photographs on this website belong to Elegant Apartments Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss arising from your reliance on general information on this website, or from links to other websites, which we do not control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although consumers may have the right to bring a claim in their home country.
